After decades of development, 70% of global fertilizer production enterprises are located in China, China's fertilizer production volume accounts for about 1/4 of the world's, and the output value accounts for one-third of the world's. Fertilizers have contributed more than 50% to the increase in global grain production. In developing countries, chemical fertilizers play a greater role in increasing grain production. The contribution of chemical fertilizers in increasing grain production can reach about 60%.

 

Today, fertilizers have become the biggest contributor to high grain yields. Fertilizer not only makes us eat better, it can quickly increase soil nutrients and make the land more fertile.

 

How to realize the green transformation of chemical fertilizers and the efficient and low-cost utilization of organic fertilizer resources? This requires the chemical fertilizer industry to continue to carry forward, renew the old and embrace the new, innovate the unreasonable production and application methods of traditional chemical fertilizers and organic fertilizers, create green fertilizers, and promote the high-quality development of agriculture.

 

 

Overcome the core technology

 

Based on the Green Fertilizer Engineering Laboratory of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, we cooperate with relevant domestic research institutions to strengthen academic exchanges and cooperation, and work together to conquer the core technologies of the green fertilizer industry chain.

 

In terms of products, by researching new technologies for removing harmful substances from fertilizer raw materials and improving resource utilization efficiency, we innovate low-carbon and environmentally friendly manufacturing processes such as advanced high-efficiency coal gasification technology, high-end wet-process phosphoric acid refining technology, and salt lake pressurized brine mining integration technology; The law of "nutrient supply and demand" and "precisely controlled release", deepen the research on the fertilizer demand law and soil fertilizer supply capacity of different regions and crops, and explore the signaling mechanism of nutrient metabolites. We have screened and synthesized new environmentally friendly biochemical inhibitors and coating materials. , microbial inoculants, fertilizer additives and other new materials, and integrated innovative precise controlled release technology to create new products such as stable fertilizers, microbial fertilizers, slow and controlled release fertilizers, organic-inorganic compound fertilizers, value-added fertilizers, and functional fertilizers.

 

In addition, we have also established an index system for the limited input of farmland fertilizers, and developed green fertilization technologies and equipment such as precision fertilization systems and integrated water and fertilizer intelligent systems, organic fertilizers and liquid fertilizers with high-efficiency application machinery.

 

Through the construction of a new green fertilizer system and the comprehensive management of nutrient resources as the core, we carry out innovative research on the synergistic principle of organic-major element-medium and trace element fertilizer balance, develop intelligent green fertilizer products and precise fertilization technology, and develop nutrient-efficient, solid-state fertilizers. Carbon fertilization, efficiency enhancement and nutrient conversion efficiency improvement, nutrient balance and value-added green fertilizers, while carrying out research work on new product testing, demonstration, promotion and evaluation, to achieve industrial production and large-scale application, for the Guarantee national food security, food safety, ecological environment security and high-quality green development of agriculture, and provide strong scientific and technological support.
