What is the future of the organic fertilizer industry?

2022-05-05

The prospect of organic fertilizers At present, the world is undergoing the sixth change in food culture, that is, from consuming calorie food to consuming safe, hygienic and nutritious food, people pay more attention to food safety. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of people's living standards, our people have shifted from subsistence to quality. The demand for non-polluting, safe and hygienic green food is increasing day by day.

Fertilizer is the basis of green food, and only the preparation of green fertilizer can achieve this purpose. "Biological fertilizer", "active organic fertilizer", "biochemical compound fertilizer" and other non-polluting green ecological series of fertilizers are the most advanced fertilizers in this field. According to the relevant reports in the Fertilizer Yearbook of FAO (World Food and Agriculture Organization), the development direction of the world fertilizer is: to develop in the direction of multi-component, multi-functional, high-efficiency, high-concentration, and non-polluting; take the road of combining organic, biological and inorganic. 70-80% of chemical fertilizers in developed countries are converted into compound fertilizers and special fertilizers with scientific and technological content.

At the same time, it is also vigorously developing biological fertilizers and new fertilizers. In my country, compound fertilizers, biological fertilizers and new fertilizers only account for less than 10% of the total fertilizer consumption. It is too far from 80%, but it also indicates the broad development space and prospects of my country's fertilizer market. This is a project with strong long-term, quick effect, low risk, local production and local sales, and farmers can use it with confidence. my country is a big agricultural country with about 2 billion mu of arable land and an annual fertilizer application of 114 million tons (statistics in 1999), ranking first in the world. The amount of fertilizer applied per hectare of land in my country is twice that of Japan, 2.4 times that of the United States, 4.4 times that of Canada, 8.2 times that of Australia, and 9 times that of Russia.

At present, my country's new types of fertilizers are developing, and Premier Zhu specifically mentioned the need to develop new types of fertilizers in his speech on the "Tenth Five-Year Plan". In recent years, the demand for organic food in developed countries has been increasing year by year. Therefore, the market development prospect of the 21st century pollution-free green ecological series of fertilizers developed and launched by the company is particularly huge, and the market is optimistic within 50 years.
